V3 Sensors
The V3 Vibration sensors from KCF Technology are wireless sensors that can be easily mounted to any piece of rotating equipment in the plant. These durable sensors have long-lasting batteries and are designed to hold up in harsh conditions. These sensors will continuously pull vibration data and report it back to the local base station. This vibration data can be run against our database of background vibration data to tell you exactly what components of the pump or fan are failing well before they actually fail.

The IoT Hub
The SMARTdiagnostics IoT HUB was designed and built by KCF Technologies to field complicated rotating equipment monitoring needs, including triggered collections, multi-functional sensor ports, and the ability to withstand high temperatures by utilizing external power sourcing with optional wired power. HUB works in conjunction with V3 vibration sensors and our base station.

Analog Adapter
With this adaptor your IoT Hub can monitor almost any process signal, creating additional utility for your vibration monitoring capabilities. The analog adapter measures voltage or current signals, enabling you to trend and alert these values in real time much like vibration data.

IEPE Adapter
Incorporate existing or new integrated electronics piezo-electric (IEPE) accelerometers or dynamic pressure sensors to SMARTdiagnostics. The IEPE Adapter enables the IoT Hub to collect data from common transducers that may already be installed on your plant or rotating equipment. This will give you 24/7 vibration data by using these high-performance devices.
The IEPE adapter can monitor a single-axis accelerometer/transducer and provide up to 8 kHz measurement bandwidth to allow for early detection of potential equipment failures before they happen.
